Production Plans

1. Initial briefing - est 1h +

• Communicate with client to identify needs; who, what, when, where, how and why?
• Set preliminary goals for the project.
• Discuss functional requirements.
• Discuss style and aesthetics desired. 
• Establish psychological stimulus and meaning to be achieved. 
• Discuss budget.

2. Mood Board - est 2h +

• Use information gathered from initial briefing to create a digital mood board.

3. Preliminary Sketches - est 1h +

• Draw sketches to reflect style and information gathered.

4. Floor Plans, Elevations & Sections - est 2h +

• Create new floor plans using any existing floor plans or dimensions gathered.
• Create elevations and sections, rendered to show design concept and colour scheme.

5. Materials Board / Finishes Board - est 2h +

• Collect material samples and finishes, construct materials or finishes board. 

6. Concept Finalisation - est 1h +

• Make any necessary changes and agree on the final concept.
• Discuss and finalize costs and trades to take place.

7. Production to take place - 12 weeks +
